The delicate white porcelain enhances the tight rings surrounding the forms which are highlighted with a glow from beneath. Applied surfaces show action, reaction, control and spontaneity- restricted by flattened edges and the grouping of forms. Distribution of directed light is essential to the unified whole, echoing shadows throughout the forms giving life to the work. |
