The idea in my work investigates and analyses sensuous folds of flesh which affects obese women's body image and their womanly qualities. Representational concepts or ideas implicit in obese female beauty challenges the notions of what is acceptable. Works of art which celebrate certain aesthetic qualities can help foster perceptual change and acceptance. |
